Website Terms

These terms apply to the public CodeBay Labs website, operated by CodeBay Labs LLC, a company of Bay CyberTech Holdings LLC. Product-specific services may be governed by separate terms displayed by the applicable product.

Informational website

The CodeBay Labs website provides general information about the company and its products. Content may change as products evolve.

Intellectual property

CodeBay Labs names, branding, software, site content, and product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

No warranty

The public site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every description will remain current at all times.

Links to product sites and other external resources may lead to services with their own terms and policies.

SMS and mobile messaging terms

CodeBay Labs LLC and its applicable products may offer one or more text-messaging programs. The sender and purpose of a program will be identified when you enroll and in the messages you receive. Programs may include account and security alerts, verification codes, requested support conversations, application or onboarding updates, service and job notifications, scheduling and operational alerts, payment or transaction notices, and—only when separately authorized—marketing or promotional messages.

Consent to receive messages

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in to a specific messaging program, you authorize the identified CodeBay Labs company or product to send SMS or MMS messages about the disclosed subject matter to that number. Consent is specific to the sender, program, and message category presented at opt-in. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing or using any product or service. Consent is not transferred between unaffiliated parties or used for a materially different messaging purpose without a new opt-in.

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology where permitted by law. Transactional or informational consent does not by itself authorize promotional messages. If someone provides a number on behalf of an organization, that person represents that they are authorized to enroll that number.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on the program, your account activity, and the services you request. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you under your wireless plan. CodeBay Labs does not charge a separate fee merely to receive an SMS message, although product or service fees may apply separately.

How to opt out

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to the message thread. Standard opt-out keywords such as STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT may also be recognized. After an opt-out request, we may send one final confirmation message. No additional messages will be sent for that program unless you later provide a new opt-in. Opting out of one program may not opt you out of a different program or sender; follow the instructions in that message thread or contact us for assistance.

Help and support

Reply HELP for help or contact hello@codebaylabs.com. If you change, transfer, or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to update your account information promptly so messages are not sent to a new subscriber of that number.

Delivery and carriers

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, and applicable law. Supported carriers and messaging features may change. We may suspend or terminate a messaging program, change its sending number, or modify message frequency when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.

Messaging conduct

You may not use a CodeBay Labs messaging channel for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful content; to impersonate another person; to interfere with service operation; or to transmit sensitive information when a secure product channel is available. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information by SMS.

Privacy

Our collection and use of mobile numbers, consent records, and messaging data are described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
